This morning, our YPD Karenland family went to sell fresh vegetables grown from our own community farm in the village. This activity is one of the ways we support the sustainability and continuity of YPD Karenland’s work.
Through this simple act, we not only earn income to support our programs but also learn important lessons about life, responsibility, and community. Life is about working with purpose and living each day with hope. If we don’t work, we cannot stand on our own – and without standing, we cannot help others.
Farming reminds us that livelihood is an essential part of life. It teaches patience, perseverance, and the value of honest labor. The world becomes a fairer and kinder place when everyone works hard and contributes, even in small ways, to those around them.
